An Evening of Piano Works by Armenian Composers։ Anahit Nersisyan, Isabella Marutyan
On September 17 at 7:00 PM, pianists Anahit Nersisyan, Honored Artist of Armenia, international competition laureate, and Isabella Marutyan, international competition laureate, will give a solo concert at the Komitas Chamber Music Hall.
The works by the greatest masters of 20th-century Armenian classical music G. Saryan, A. Khudoyan, E. Mirzoyan, A. Arutyunian, A. Babajanyan, and G. Hovunts will be performed.
The concert is dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia.

• Ghazaros Saryan: "Three Postludes"
• Adam Khudoyan: "Elegy," "Nostalgia," "Vision," "Humoresque"
• Edward Mirzoyan: "Tokatina," "Poem"
• Alexander Arutyunian: "The Wind Blows in the Mountains," "Dance of the Sasuns," three pieces from the "Six Moods" series
• Arno Babajanyan: "Capriccio," "Choral Music," "Dance of the Sasuns," "Poem"
• Gagik Hovunts: Two pieces - "Monogram" (dedicated to A. Arutyunian and A. Babajanyan)
• Edvard Mirzoyan: "Lezginka" (from the dance suite) arranged for two pianos by Martin Vardazaryan
• Alexander Arutyunyan & Arno Babajanyan: "Armenian Rhapsody" for two pianos
