On May 12, at 7:30 PM, the Komitas Chamber Music Hall will host a solo recital of the famous Portuguese guitarist Pedro Rodrigues.
The works of Portuguese, Cuban, Italian and Armenian composers will be performed.

Pedro Rodrigues
Winner of the Artist’s International Auditions (New York), the Concorso Sor (Rome) and the Prémio Jovens Músicos, as well as a laureate of over twenty competitions including Salieri-Zinetti, Paris, Montélimar, Valencia, and Sernancelhe, Pedro Rodrigues is an Associate Professor at the University of Aveiro, an Integrated Researcher at INET-md, Director of the Master’s in Music program, Artistic Director of the UA Autumn Festivals, and a member of the UA General Council.
He has performed as a soloist in many internationally renowned, and has premiered over 60 works by contemporary composers. His discography includes 19 titles. He is regularly invited to teach masterclasses at universities across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
