JOCHEM SCHUURMAN is the titular organist of the Martinikerk in Franeker and therefore the regular player of the monumental Van Dam organ from 1842.
In August 2015, he won third prize at the international organ competition in Wuppertal. In May 2017, he won second prize and the audience award at the international César Franck competition in Haarlem. In September 2018, he won second prize at the international Buxtehude organ competition in Lübeck and Hamburg. In 2016 and 2019, he was a finalist in the prestigious Paul Hofhaimer organ competition around the historical organs of the city of Innsbruck.
As a performing musician he gives concerts as a soloist, but also as an accompanist of other musicians and he is also regularly involved in premieres of new compositions. Furthermore, Jochem Schuurman is active as an organ and piano teacher and works as an artistic advisor for the Stichting Organum Frisicum.
VAHAGN MARGARYAN graduated from the piano faculty of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory. He has performed in concerts both in Armenia and abroad. As a soloist, he collaborated with the Orchestra of the National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Armenia (maestro Karen Durgaryan), the State Symphony Orchestra of Armenia (maestro Gevorg Muradyan) and the Master Orchestra (maestro Sergio Baietta/Italy).
Since 2019, in cooperation with the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports he has been the author and implementer of the concert programs: “Komitas 150”, “Prospects for the development of organ music”, “Organ bridge”, “Aram Khachatryan 120”. Within the framework of the EU4Culture project, funded by the European Union, he implemented the “Summer Art Camp” program.
He began his teaching career in 2012 at the Charentsavan Music School named after Aram Khachatryan as a piano and organ teacher.

Jochem Schuurman received organ lessons from Johan G. Koers from 1997 to 2007. He then studied with Theo Jellema and Erwin Wiersinga at the Prins Claus Conservatory in Groningen, where he graduated cum laude in June 2013 as Master of Music. Jochem Schuurman also spent a few months in Berlin to take lessons from Leo van Doeselaar and Paolo Crivellaro at the Universität der Künste. He followed masterclasses with Wolfgang Zerer, Eric Lebrun, Edoardo Bellotti and Pieter Dirksen. Since 2016, Jochem Schuurman has been coached by his former teacher Johan G. Koers.
In December 2013, Jochem Schuurman was awarded the Silver Violin, a music prize for young talent from the north of the Netherlands. NARINE SIMONIAN was born in Gyumri. Since 1991 Narine Simonian lives in France. A student of Marie-Claire Alain at the Ruey-Malmaison Conservatory, she won many prizes, in particular the Grand Prix at the 1994 Liszt-Mendelssohn competition in Fribourg. She also worked in a baroque duet under the leadership of the famous André Isouard and the harpsichordist Ughetto Dreyfus.
Narine Simonian has made numerous recordings of her performances, which have received awards from European professional magazines. She played in many countries, in particular: on the famous Cavalier-Kul organ in the Cathedral of Our Lady of Paris, which was recently re-installed after the five-year reconstruction of the cathedral damaged by fire. In Bühl, Switzerland, a historic organ, on which Liszt and Mendelssohn played, gave Narina the opportunity to record Bach's works. Her CD received the highest rating of "Five Ranges".
French-Armenian opera singer, soprano MARIE MULLER SIMONIAN was born in Paris, grew up in a musical environment, she is the daughter of pianist-organist Narine Simonyan. She studied at the conservatories of Boulogne and Paris, simultaneously in the departments of organ and singing.
In 2023, Marie continued her professional experience in the “Youth opera program” of the Spendiaryan National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet under the direction of Levon Javadyan.
On September 19, 2024, she was awarded the first prize by the unanimous decision of the jury at the Vienna Beethoven International Competition.
